Color

Palette

Six colors, all from the studio. Matcha leads and is the one people remember; Forest is our ink and our headers; Cream is the paper. Sage, Blush and Oak are the soft colors of the room, the leggings and the benches. Take values from the tiles, never from a photograph.

Proportion

Cream carries most of any page, Forest does the talking, and Matcha appears where you want the eye to go. Sage and Blush are for backgrounds and tags; Oak is a touch, like the wood in the room.

Color modes

Screens show the palette truest. For print, Matcha and Blush lose a little life in CMYK, so match the Pantone references for packaging and signage and accept the shift on everyday paper.
