Who we are

Joisti is made and run by Flowit Studio ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@joisti.com.

Your account

You can build a brand without an account; it is kept in your browser. An account is needed to save brands to the cloud and to publish. You sign in with an email link, so there is no password to keep. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

You must be at least 16 to use Joisti. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for that company.

Your content

Everything you put into a guide stays yours: logos, colors, type, pictures, words. We do not claim any rights over it.

You give us permission to store it, show it back to you, and, when you publish, show it to anyone with the address. That permission ends when you delete the content or take the guide down, except for copies in backups, which are cleared on their own schedule.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload. Fonts in particular are often licensed for one company or one use; check the licence before you add one to a guide that others will read.

Publishing

A published guide is public. Anyone with the address can read it and download what it offers. Do not publish anything you would not want in the open, and do not publish anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Addresses are given out first come, first served. We may reclaim an address that impersonates a person or a brand, or that is not in use.

Paying

Building a brand is free. Publishing a brand costs a one-off fee per brand, shown before you pay. Payments are handled by a payment processor; we never see or store card details.

If a published guide stops working because of something on our side, and we cannot put it right, we will refund the fee for that brand. Beyond that, fees are not refunded.

What we may do

We may take down content that breaks these terms, and close accounts that keep breaking them. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to fix it.

We may change Joisti over time: add things, change how things look, retire things. If a change would make you lose work, we will give notice and a way to take your work with you.

What we do not promise

Joisti is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and your work safe, and we take backups, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; every guide can be exported.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can delete your brands and your account at any time from Settings. Published guides come down when their brand is deleted.

We can end these terms with thirty days' notice, or at once if you break them seriously.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
